How Maui got the sun
Maui is going to fight this other boy who fights lots of times.so Maui starts to fight the boy and the other boy was really tough.so maui kept on fighting and he tried his best.And Maui and the other boy just given up.And then Maui went back to his brothers and they went in the waka.
And went to the sun and the sun came up because they tied the rope up.So they were pulling the sun because they did not have any sun because they wanted it morning and then night.Because they really wanted that sun so they pulled it really hard and they nearly had it and then it dropped and they tried to pull it up again.
And they pulled it really hard and then they got it.They were really happy that they had sun.And then they went back in there waka so they can get back home.Then they cooked the kai and they had a hangi and they loved the hangi.So it was nearly night time so they ate there kai then they went to bed and when they were a sleep they were hoping that the sun will come up when it is morning and the were hoping that the sun will rise down when it is night.So when it was morning the sun come and it raised up.So they were really happy and then they had breakfast then they went for a lake ride in there waka.
Then they went back to there place and they had their lunch and what they had for there lunch was some toast with bacon scrambled eggs and spegty.
And then they wanted to play fighting so they played fighting And the brother said i'll be in maui’s team and then maui said no i need no one.
And then the other brother said ok.So they started to fight and the 3 brothers were winning so maui tried his best and he started to get better then it was over so maui won and the brothers weren't sad they just said good job maui and maui said thank you.So it was dinner time so they had there hangi because they love hangis.
And they loved there hangi so that's why they always haves hangis because they love the potato and the kamo kamo and they all so like the stuffing and chicken and meat.
